Maybelline New York is one of the world’s most iconic cosmetic brands since 1915, known for delivering accessible, high-quality makeup inspired by New York City’s bold, fast-paced energy. As the #1 mascara brand in the U.S., Maybelline continues to lead innovation in eye cosmetics through culturally relevant campaigns, global product launches, and consumer-driven storytelling.

Role:
As a Product Marketing US/Operations Intern, I supported the Maybelline Eye Team in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen and relaunch key mascara franchises. My responsibilities included reviewing campaign copy, managing global copy translation workflows, supporting product launch readiness, and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
In this role, I worked cross-functionally across PR, Social, Product Development, Creative, Production, and external agency partners. I contributed to campaign planning, asset development, packaging copy alignment, and launch execution, helping bring integrated marketing campaigns from concept to market across global regions.

Inspira Health is a leading nonprofit healthcare organization based in South Jersey, serving over 1 million patients annually across hospitals, urgent care centers, and specialty services. As one of the region’s most trusted healthcare providers, Inspira focuses on delivering patient-centered care while strengthening community health through education, outreach, and integrated marketing communications.

Role:
As a Corporate Marketing & PR Intern, I supported the Marketing and Public Relations team in developing strategic campaigns to promote Inspira Health’s services, strengthen brand awareness, and drive patient engagement across South Jersey communities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
In this role, I worked cross-functionally with marketing leadership, creative teams, external vendors, and healthcare service line leaders to develop campaign materials, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, and physical consumer touchpoints.

Bally’s Atlantic City Casino Resort is one of the most iconic hospitality and entertainment destinations on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, offering luxury accommodations, dining, gaming, and large-scale entertainment experiences. As a legacy brand in the gaming and hospitality industry, Bally’s delivers integrated marketing campaigns to drive hotel bookings, event attendance, and guest engagement across digital and physical channels.

Role:
As a Marketing Intern promoted to Temporary Marketing Specialist, I supported Bally’s Marketing and PR leadership in developing and executing promotional campaigns, creating visual marketing assets, and driving brand visibility across digital, web, and physical platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
In this role, I worked closely with the VP of Marketing and PR, external agency partner McGuinness Media & Marketing, and internal creative teams to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and content supporting Bally’s major brand initiatives, events, and property-wide promotions.

About:
Abunes Shapewear is a Philadelphia-based apparel brand specializing in shapewear designed to enhance confidence and provide functional, body-contouring solutions. The brand sought to strengthen its digital presence, establish an e-commerce infrastructure, and successfully sell remaining inventory while building long-term brand equity.

Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, I supported Abunes Shapewear in developing its brand identity, launching its Amazon storefront, and executing strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and establish a scalable digital presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
In this role, I worked closely with company leadership to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, create branded visual assets, and optimize e-commerce listings. I contributed to brand positioning, content creation, and storefront development to ensure consistency across Amazon and social media platforms.

Calixto’s Legacy is a Bridgeton, New Jersey–based floral business specializing in handcrafted floral arrangements for special events, celebrations, and custom client orders. As a growing small business, Calixto’s Legacy sought to establish a cohesive brand identity and strengthen its presence across physical and digital platforms.

Role:
As a Marketing Assistant, I supported Calixto’s Legacy in developing foundational brand assets and visual marketing materials to establish a professional brand identity and increase customer engagement.
